Parking Lot

The tennis tournament didn't send me a parking pass along with my credentials so I had to pay for parking, get my pass, go back to the parking kiosk, then go back again because I didn't have the little yellow pass from my car, and now I have to go back tomorrow because they can only give me my refund after I leave for the day.

Number of extra keystrokes to write an email to the media person to ask them to send me a parking pass before the tournament begins (find the credential email, reply to it and ask my question): 100

The media wifi connection is password protected.

Number of extra keystrokes to get connected to wifi (enter password twice, reload web pages that couldn't load because I wasn't connected to wifi): 24

I hate PDFs

No cut and paste for PDFs. Result, 50 extra keystrokes to copy a name, email address, and phone number to a separate document. Let alone the need to click on a browser tab containing a PDF document before you can go to a different tab. PDFs suck and daily piss me off.

Is that correct?

Bank of America ATM, Hollywood and Vine.

The ATM interface asks me to choose my language. Xenophobia leads me to think that I should be required to choose a language only when it's other than English, but why oh why, after I choose a language, do I then have to answer the question: Is that correct?

Another extra keystroke to cloud my day.
